All classes are offered in your home or at our facility and are offered at $10 per person.  Please check calendar for events.

CPR and First Aid - This class is a life-saving must. You will learn the basics of First Aid and CPR. A few of the topics included in our First Aid class are bleeding, snake bites, heat stroke and drowning. Teddy, our Therapy dog, comes to this class to provide a hands on experience and amazing learning opportunity. You will not want to miss this workshop.

Birthing and Neonatal-Are you unsure of what to expect from the miracles of puppy and kitten birth? Have an orphaned pet? Come find out what is normal, what is not, how to deal with scenarios that may arise, and how to intervene when there are signs of trouble. We will discuss birth in depth and how to care for neonates whether with mommy’s help or not. If you are expecting then you should be aware of all that can happen.

Pet Loss Support Group-Have you lost a pet? You are not alone nor should you go through this time alone. We have support groups that meet each a week to encourage each other. Come have a cup of coffee or tea, listen to others or share your feelings, and heal from your pain. 

Crime Prevention Pet Safety- Take a bite out of crime! Every year an estimated 2.5 million of our companion animals are stolen from cars, backyards and by answering "free to good home" ads in newspapers. Neighborhoods robbed of dogs. Cats abducted from the street. The biomedical community's appetite continues to grow larger. Find out how you can save yourself and your beloved pet from going through this terrifying hardship.
